Yes. We provide technical support for websites hosted through Elevated Edge. For ongoing content updates, photo swaps, plugin updates, minor design edits, and priority support, our optional Website Maintenance plan is available for $49/month.

Why do I need to pay for website hosting?

Elevated Edge provides managed hosting for $20/month,which keeps your website securely hosted and available to your customers.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. If you are not satisfied with your initial website mockup, you can request a full refund before the full build begins.

Once we start building your live website, the project becomes non-refundable because time, work, and resources are already dedicated to your setup.
